Notre bureau de **Montréal, Brossard ou Laval **est actuellement à la recherche d'un **chef d'équipe en sciences du bâtiment **pour se joindre à notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de, mais sans s'y limiter:
**Les responsabilités primaires**:En tant que chef d'équipe, vous relèverez directement du directeur du groupe d'affaires et serez étroitement impliqué dans les opérations quotidiennes et hebdomadaires de l'équipe de Montréal.
- Vous serez responsable de la gestion des membres de l'équipe technique, y compris la coordination et le partage des projets et des efforts des membres de l'équipe, l'exécution des projets selon les normes GHD et la formation technique et de gestion des membres de l'équipe.
- Vous mettrez en place des pratiques opérationnelles corporatives pour atteindre les objectifs de performance de l'entreprise.
- Vous participerez avec d'autres chefs d'équipe, chef de groupe d'affaires et superviseurs à l'évaluation du personnel et à l'embauche de nouveau personnel.
- Vous soutiendrez les superviseurs dans leur développement et celui des membres de leur équipe respective.
- Vous serez tenu de communiquer régulièrement avec les actionnaires-dirigeants de l'entreprise et de mettre à jour votre superviseur immédiat et les autres chefs d'équipe chaque semaine sur les opérations et la performance de l'équipe.
- Vous élaborerez des offres de services techniques, des propositions financières et des soumissions.
- Vous collaborerez aux efforts de développement des affaires locaux, régionaux et plus larges en Amérique du Nord et à travers GHD.
- Vous participerez à l'élaboration de stratégies de développement de services et d'affaires
- Vous communiquerez régulièrement avec des clients et des parties prenantes du projet;
- Vous coordonnerez et superviserez toutes les phases et tous les livrables des projets de science du bâtiment, en particulier les projets liés aux études, à la conception, aux essais et à l'examen sur le terrain des systèmes d'enveloppe/enceinte du bâtiment ;
- Vous participerez et rédigerez des rapports techniques
- Vous examinerez les livrables (rapports techniques, spécifications de conception, rapports de terrain) produits par les membres juniors et intermédiaires de l'équipe ;
- Vous planifierez et contrôlerez les budgets et les échéanciers des projets;
**Éducation et compétences**:

- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience technique pertinente dans le domaine des sciences du bâtiment et une expérience avérée dans la livraison de projets;
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion de personnel technique dans le domaine des sciences du bâtiment;
- Expérience en communication efficace avec les clients régionaux, les entrepreneurs et les professionnels du marché de l'immobilier et des bâtiments ;
- Bonnes aptitudes de communication en anglais*, solides connaissances du français
- Approche axée sur le client;
- Posséder la carte ASP Construction;
- Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un véhicule;
- Autonome, méthodique, responsable, débrouillard et ponctuel ;
