**Responsibilities**:

- Primary IT help desk support contact
- Assist the IT Manager with company-wide IT initiatives
- User lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding: managing access, installing software, procuring/assigning existing hardware, and documentation for change management
- IT asset inventory management for both hardware and software
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Network administration

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in a related Information Technology field
- 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management
- IT support and operational experience in a remote world; or good grasp of best practices
- OS Agnostic: Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Example software: Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office 365, BetterCloud, and GoToAssist Remote Support
- Expertise with implementing, configuring and testing solutions
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Strong business acumen
