The Role:
Gilead Sciences in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Coordinator (Market Access & Reimbursement) who thrives working in a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team environment.

Reporting to the Senior Director - Market Access & Reimbursement, you will support the team while working closely with cross-functional partners in other departments. How you will ‘Create Possible’:
- Provides administration and clerical support to the Market Access & Reimbursement team, including both head office and field-based colleagues which support market access submissions, stakeholder meetings, etc.-
- Position includes routine activities, such as word processing, answering calls, assembling reports, expense reports, and general administrative support; may gather data using internet searches.- Provide project management support to activities that support patient access, pricing and reimbursement- Organizes and schedules department on-site and off-site meetings, and cross-functional meetings, including creating and distributing agendas, collecting assessment forms, expenses, and making travel arrangements.- Ensures computer equipment, and all new hire materials are arranged for the person’s first day at Gilead.- Handles the purchase request to invoice processes- Tracks department budget and facilitate financial transactions as directed by immediate manager. Work is performed independently and proactively.

Critical Competencies:
- A minimum of a high school diploma plus 5+ years administrative experience; administrative experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or Market Access is preferred- Prior experience supporting executives in an administrative capacity- Must possess good proofreading and editing skills; proactive approach with excellent attention to detail is essential- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills- Collaborative mindset and ability to working with cross-functional teams- Superb project management skills gained in a fast-paced setting; Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset.- Demonstrated experience tracking and managing budgets- Proactive self-starter with ability to work independently with limited supervision- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge and experience using several office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Access, etc.
