Boston Pizza is currently is seeking a Marketing Administrative Coordinator with a passion for marketing to perform a variety of administrative and project coordination duties. As a Marketing Administrative Coordinator you will support projects on the In Store Marketing and Brand & Media teams such as menu and creative proofing, responding to menu material orders from franchisees across Canada, maintaining and updating our internal communication platform, and also building and maintaining process and management support tools that can be used cross-functionally. This role requires that you are extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel, possess knowledge and experience in project management, and that you have a keen attention to detail.

**What you do**:
- Support In-Store Marketing team with ongoing menu projects administrative duties such as: content proofing, responding and fulfilling menu material orders, managing the menu quantities and distribution master list, etc.
- Maintain and update Boston Link playbook pages for menu content and national programs (internal communication website)
- Coordinate menu and national program photoshoots (eg. managing appointments with suppliers, completing food order forms, coordinating deliveries, etc.)
- Perform other administrative and marketing coordination duties such as: responding to menu labelling audits, updating weekly POS Planograms, New Restaurant Opening menu shipments, assisting with coordination of marketing meetings, and developing and maintaining marketing filing systems to ensure all marketing materials and images can be retrieved easily.
**Who you are**:
- 1-year marketing experience OR university or college degree (preferably in marketing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Bright, creative, self-starter, who is passionate and eager to learn

- Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
