- **We are seeking full-time Reservation Agents to join our team.**_

**Responsibilities**
- Handle reservation inquiries, including confirmation and cancellations, for multiple properties via phone.
- Market and up-sell our products and services.
- Close sales following established standards and call chronology.
- Provide accurate information and maintain excellent customer service.
- Drive guest loyalty for repeated business and revenue.
- Perform other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Marsha, Lightspeed, Opera, RoomKey or Five Star Hotel Systems is an asset.
- Motivated for sales with strong closing ability.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Maintain composure while multitasking.
- Proficient in keyboarding/data input.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to changing work volume.
- **Must be able to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.**
