Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and confirm spa appointments and reservations
- Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure availability and scheduling
- Process payments, deposits, and cancellations
- Provide clear and concise communication to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts and errors
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases
- Analyze data to identify trends and optimize spa operations
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field (customer service, administration)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Knowledge of spa services and treatments (an asset)
Work Environment:
- Spa or wellness center setting
- Phone and computer work
- Fast-paced and dynamic environment
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy and efficiency in managing reservations and appointments
- Customer satisfaction ratings
- Timeliness and responsiveness to client inquiries
- Effective communication and collaboration with spa staff
- Ability to meet sales and revenue targets (if applicable)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
