**Who we are**:
Intellectual Property Ontario (IPON) is a new provincial agency that will serve as a go-to resource for Intellectual Property (IP) expertise to help researchers and companies maximize the value of their IP, strengthen their capacity to grow and compete in the global market.

**Location**:This is a remote-first opportunity within Ontario. We have offices in both Kitchener and Toronto where the team meets on an occasional basis (monthly) or as needed.

**Responsibilities**:
In this new role, the Program Lead will support in the process development and execution of program delivery to allow for a smooth client onboarding and client management experience. The Lead will primarily support programming for our partners in the Ontario innovation ecosystem including Regional Innovation Centres, Technology Transfer Offices, and Applied Research Offices.
- Support development and documentation of streamlined processes and systems for IPON programming
- Map out processes and pathways, and develop forms and templates for service delivery
- Maintain program dashboards and tracking of key activities and actions
- Support Manager to ensure all internal groups are coordinated on key project deliverables, management of program dashboards, and advise senior management on program risks and opportunities of the strategy as compared to the program mandate
- Support Program Manager on the development and delivery of new program creation
- Work with internal stakeholders to establish operational best practices and implement across programs
- Support development of program guidebooks, FAQs and other client documentation
- Lead the administrative aspects of client intake and ongoing client management process to support scale-up of the organization
- Oversee and manage all client and program related documentation to ensure compliance with reporting or regulation requirements (e.g., executed client related documents, program related process documents, process maps, invoice reporting, client satisfaction, stakeholder surveys, etc.)
- Develop, implement, and maintain tools and templates to support program management, stakeholder engagements, resource estimates, and client interactions including CRM software
- Work closely with Corporate Services to ensure alignment with policies and directives for service delivery intake processes and eligibility requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree in business management, project management, or related - or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent
- 4 to 7 years of progressive experience in project coordination/management
- Experience developing tools, templates, process maps, and creating additional documentation for a client-facing program
- Project management and organization skills to coordinate and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Communication and interpersonal skills to prepare a variety of written documents and templates, simplify complex information, brief team members and leaders, and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to collaboratively work under tight timelines with competing priorities
- Familiarity or experience working with CRM software
