National Coordinator is a high-energy individual, who enjoys multi-tasking with a keen eye for detail. In this newly-created position as the National Coordinator, you will support the entire team from Operations and Business Development to Communications and Marketing. Your main role will be to support the Operations Team with commercialization projects and ensure we hit our federal grant requirements. Reporting to the Executive Lead, with a dotted line to the Director, Communications & Network Development, the National Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling/logistics with internal and external partners, tracking project progress and reporting, maintaining up-to-date contact lists, and conducting research and analysis.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Build and maintain internal databases (CRM, PM tools, etc.) by entering new and updated information- Track and coordinate commercialization project activities across the organization, including liaison with other departments within CAN Health- Create and maintain a dashboard for internal and Board reports, specifically for Ops, BD and Comms, work closely with all departments, and support the team member who leads government reporting- Support the integration / harmonization of CAN Health departments.- Support the development of briefing notes, and other materials, as required by team members- Schedule all team meetings, company and Edge meetings and others as required. Responsible for creating and driving agenda for team meetings- Support the Communications & Marketing team on marquee events such as the Annual Fall Conference, and other duties such as maintaining the team corporate calendar, updating the website

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience as an executive assistant or coordinator role.- Strong interpersonal skills, effective at building relationships and able to work well with others- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimum supervision.- Demonstrated ability in planning, organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a busy environment- Strong organizational and project management skills with a strong personal commitment to excellence- Proactive, with ability to anticipate, communicate, and resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner- Energetic and enthusiastic, with strong written and verbal communications skills- Demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness with exceptional attention to detail- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)- French considered an asset- Willingness to work flexible hours and to meet tight deadlines as needed, prioritizing tasks with the Director—some after-hours work may be required
- CAN Health offers a remote workplace model with team members from across Canada, with in-person full team meetings twice a year.
