When it just clicks
- Does this sound like you?
- BS (BSc) degree or higher;
- At least three (3) years of implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Microsoft Dynamics 365 for sales, marketing, field service and PSA;
- Minimum four (4) years of experience as a CE consultant (project management experience is helpful);
- In-depth knowledge of the CRM industry and products, minimum two (2) years of systems design or information systems experience;
- Familiarity with relational database concepts;
- Ability to meet deadlines using strong organizational habits;
- Strong configuration and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities in a dynamic and energizing environment;
- Excellent team-building and mentoring skills with a strong customer service orientation;
- Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to senior executives, public groups or boards of directors;
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed;
- Bright, articulate and motivated, with excellent interpersonal and writing skills;
- Must be bilingual in French and English. Level expected:
