About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Systems Configuration Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications to align with business requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Participate in planning, discovery/requirements workshops, documentation, estimate generation, and implementation support for Dynamics CRM/365 projects.
  • Design, develop, and test customizations within Dynamics CRM 365.
  • Collaborate with end users, business analysts, project managers, and management to drive system improvements and upgrades.
  • Work closely with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Ensure adherence to the change request process outlined in the company's IT policies.
  • Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
  • Undertake special projects and offer project support as directed by senior management.


Qualifications for Success:

Essential:

  • Proficient understanding of Dynamics 365 out-of-the-box features.
  • Proven experience in configuration and customization with Microsoft Dynamics D365.
  • Strong capability in creating and maintaining user and technical documentation for processes, policies, application configuration, and user support materials.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform capabilities and functions.


Desirable:

  • Proficiency in French.
  • Previous experience working in an agile environment.
  • Microsoft certifications for Dynamics 365 at the associate level.
  • Graduation with a technology degree.
