We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled D365 CE/CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team at a boutique Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner. As a key player in our organization, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize their Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure our clients achieve their strategic objectives through the effective use of D365 CE/CRM.


As a D365 CE/CRM Consultant, you will:


Client Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct in-depth requirements analysis and business process review sessions with clients to identify their specific needs and pain points.
  • Provide expert advice on how D365 CE/CRM can address business challenges and drive efficiency.


Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Design and configure tailored D365 CE/CRM solutions that align with clients' business processes and objectives.
  • Develop custom entities, workflows, business rules, and plugins using the Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Integrate D365 CE/CRM with other systems and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and operational consistency.
  • Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition.


Training and Support:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and administrators to ensure they are proficient in using D365 CE/CRM.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues or challenges that clients may encounter post-implementation.
  • Create detailed, user-friendly documentation for configurations, customizations, and operational procedures.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and related technologies.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the functionality and performance of clients' D365 CE/CRM solutions.
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing and professional development activities within the team and the wider community.


Project Management:

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project.
  • Prepare and present project status reports and deliverables to clients and senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
