**Responsibilities**:

- Be part of the R&L leadership team
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Meet customers/leads face to face and help search for solutions
- Assist in developing new projects and ideas based on customer feedback and market demands
- provide brief sales reports weekly for team building
- Continuous learning and improvement on our industry and market needs
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project management and implementation

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales required
- Knowledge of corrugated/Paper industry is preferred
- Able to work with a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self Motivated
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Familiarity with market trends and competition

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and identifying new sales opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project management and implementation.
