**Description**

Canadian HR Service Representative working 100% remote. Responsible for answering and supporting associates as well as Managers with personal, payroll and benefits inquiries for Canada. Specializing in Canadian legislation by province.

**MUST BE BILINGUAL IN FRENCH CANADIAN AND ENGLISH**

**Basic Function**:

- Answer benefit and payroll questions
- Assist and provide functional support to associates and managers calling HR Direct to complete Personal data, Job data and Benefit-related transactions in HR Access, Kronos and MyTalent.
- Center of excellence for Canadian Benefits, Payroll and legislation by province.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the relationship with the vendors to ensure the accuracy of the data by analyzing reports and coordinating the corrections on the vendor sites
- Analyze data in Oracle HCM, Kronos, MyTalent systems and other reporting as needed.
- assist associates and managers with transactions within Employee Self Service (ESS)/Manager Self Service (MSS) in Oracle HCM, Kronos and MyTalent.
- Answer associates benefit questions. Ability to analyze the bi-weekly payroll benefits file and HRIS load errors and partner with vendor for escalation and resolution. Participate as needed in testing on the vendor website.
- Answer associates and managers questions on payroll, including adjustment in payroll along with the ability to research provincial legislative questions concerning payroll.
- Manage the leave of absence for associates including follow up on returns, payment of benefits and partnering with vendors on long term disability cases.
- Understanding and analyzing of Canadian absence plans along with processing any corrections or payouts as needed.
- Manage and fully understand the Record of Employment (ROE) process along with issuing individual ROE as needed.
- Responsible for reconciling and submitting Canadian benefits payment for group benefits, retirement plan and other 3rd party vendors.
- Calculate and process severances based on provincial legislation guidelines, add payments and benefit deductions for payroll processing and partner with vendor for benefits extensions.
- Coordinate with other functional groups as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Engage Supervisor for issue resolution as needed

**Responsabilités**:

- Gérer la relation avec les fournisseurs pour assurer l’exactitude des données en analysant les rapports et en coordonnant les corrections sur le site de fournisseurs
- Analyser des données dans les systèmes Oracle HCM, Kronos, MonTalent et autres, au besoin
- Répondre aux appels et aux courriels, aider les associés et les gestionnaires avec les transactions dans le Libre-service pour les employés/Libre-service pour les gestionnaires dans Oracle HCM, Kronos et MonTalent
- Répondre aux questions des associés au sujet des avantages sociaux Analyser le fichier des avantages sociaux liés à la paie et les erreurs HRIS toutes les deux semaines et collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour les demandes aux échelons supérieurs et leur résolution. Participer, au besoin, aux tests sur le site Web des fournisseurs
- Répondre aux questions des associés et des gestionnaires au sujet de la paie, notamment le rajustement de la paie et la capacité de chercher dans la réglementation provinciale pour les questions concernant la paie
- Gérer les absences autorisées pour les associés, notamment le suivi des retours, le paiement des avantages sociaux et la collaboration avec les fournisseurs au sujet des invalidités de longue durée
- Comprendre et analyser les régimes d’absences canadiens et traiter les corrections ou les versements au besoin
- Gérer et détenir une compréhension complète du processus de relevé d’emploi et émettre des relevés d’emploi individuels au besoin
- Être responsable de la réconciliation et de soumettre les versements d’avantages sociaux canadiens pour les assurances collectives, les régimes de retraite et les fournisseurs de tierce partie
- Calculer et traiter les ententes de séparation en fonction des directives de réglementation provinciales, ajouter les versements et les déductions d’avantages sociaux pour le traitement de la paie et collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour les prolongations d’avantages sociaux
- Coordonner avec d’autres groupes fonctionnels au besoin
- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle à tous les clients
- Documenter tous les appels et les courriels dans le système de suivi des appe
