**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for full cycle processing of multiple high complexity payrolls, in a timely and accurate manner using UKG under the supervision of the Payroll Team Lead and Payroll Manager (High complexity payrolls consist of processing across multiple provinces, multiple payroll cycles, multiple business numbers, file import/export routines)
- Verifies payroll edit reports and balances the payrolls prior to submission
- Advises Branches on payroll related legislative requirements as required
- Responsible to remit, analyze and reconcile garnishees for assigned locations as required
- Preparation and distribution of T2200’s for assigned locations as required
- Complete third-party remittances as assigned.
- Liaise and communicate information with the Branch Offices as required
- Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
- Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System
- Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns
- Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel
- Work flexible hours as required to meet deliverables and business needs
- Actively participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
- Complete other tasks as requested
**REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS**
Reports to: Payroll Team Lead - Staffing
**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience:
- Experience with processing multi province payroll
- Experience with UKG
- Strong MS Office tools, Intermediate/Advanced Excel, analytics and reporting tools
**EDUCATION**
- University or College Degree/Diploma preferred but not required
- Completion or working towards the completion of the Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation preferred
