**About us**

We are looking for sales representatives who will work inside and outside our office to make lasting connections with new clients.

If you are somebody with sales experience, who knows the power of active listening, we want to work with you People with skills in communication excel in our business, and our sales team enjoys commission on every sale.

As an inside and outside sales representative, your time will be split between working from the office and traveling to job sites/clinics to network, strengthen partnerships, and introduce our products to new clients.

1) Build Relationships within dentist, health care professionals and clinics,

2) Create and give presentations on our products and services to customers.

3) Attend sponsored workshop, exhibition and other events as requested.

4) Reach out to potential clients to introduce our products.

5) Possess a strong track record of territory and sales growth.

6) To Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base.

7) To maintain list of customers and their information along with details of each visit, their request and finalize the process of selling the products.

**About You**:
Ability to listen and problem-solve based on what the customer is expressing.

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills that put the customer at ease and create a comfortable selling conversation.

Specific qualifications for the position include:
1) Minimum two (2) years of sales experience

2) Familiar with Dental equipment and supplies

3) Strong relationship-building skills

4) Flexibility to work days, evenings, and some weekends as requested

5) Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license

6) Ability to communicate in Russian, Chinses and Persian is an asset.

**Compensation**:

- Base pay + uncapped commission
- Commission is paid on top of base salary. Most of your income will come from commissions.
- Commission is paid per sold product.

- English (required)
- Previous Customer Service work experience is a must
- Strong attention-to-detail and rigorous focus
- Independent worker and ability to self-start
- Proven ability to close.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- B2B, B2C and outside sales : 2 years (must)

**Salary**: $31,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
