SSR Security is an acclaimed firm of security professionals offering unparalleled services all across BC. We are hiring for an administrative assistant for our Burnaby office.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Maintain and update employee records i.e., licenses, training, SIN, etc.
- Provides logístical support by completing payroll timesheets, inventory control (uniforms), and key/access management.
- Prepares and submits invoices.
- Responding to clients and completing any new quote requests.
- Required to do correspondence with clients and manage related paperwork for any work orders.
- Assist with the file and retrieving of corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Create and maintain an organization contact list and assist with client management.
- Any other duties, as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of administrative and hr experience would be considered as an asset
- High level of communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Self-starter and a quick learner with strong attention to detail
