**Schedule**: Day Shift, M-F

**Summary of the Role**

This position will be responsible for picking product from the warehouse, shipping and receiving.

**Responsibilities**
- Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
- Receives incoming shipments into inventory, posts in online system and places items in warehouse.
- Picks product in warehouse and prepares items for delivery or shipping.
- Operates mechanical equipment, hand tools, forklifts and picking lifts.
- Assists with physical inventory.
- Makes recommendations to management with respect to product and process improvements.
- Kit and prepare customer orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Performs other related duties as required.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Strong attention to detail.
- Applicants should possess the ability to interact with team members in a professional manner.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Requires basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in units of measure.
- Basic mechanical skills including the use of hand tools.
- Basic computer skills required.
- The ability to pull, push, grasp, bend, lift and carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of warehousing or production experience in an industrial setting is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Some overtime may be required
