**Creative Office Assistant & Executive Assistant to the CEO**

We are seeking an **experienced **Office Assistant with a unique blend of creativity, resourcefulness, and common sense to join our team. As the Creative Office Assistant & Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while also providing high-level support to the CEO and contributing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance our productivity and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including **minutes, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing files, and handling correspondence.**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communication and scheduling on their behalf.

Office Management:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies inventory management, equipment maintenance, and facilities coordination. Implement creative solutions to streamline processes and optimize workflow.
- Assist the CEO in managing their office space and workflow efficiency.

Communication Liaison:

- Serve as a communication liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and clients. Utilize effective communication skills to convey information clearly and promptly.
- **Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO as needed.**

Problem Solving:

- **Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving by identifying challenges and implementing innovative solutions. Think outside the box to address issues and improve operational efficiency.**:

- **Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to support the CEO in achieving their goals.**

Project Assistance:

- Assist in various projects by coordinating tasks, tracking deadlines, and providing logístical support as needed. Contribute creative ideas to project development and execution.
- Support the CEO in project management and execution, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Data Management:

- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Utilize common sense and attention to detail to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Assist the CEO in gathering and analyzing data to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of [2] years of experience in office administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve independently.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches.
- Proven track record of exercising common sense and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
