We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a hands-on approach to oversee and manage all aspects of Project related work at customer facilities. As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the project efficiency, safety standards and customer service levels are upheld to the highest standard. Your primary goal will be to act as the main point of contact for project related work at our FM contracts and non-contract related customers throughout Southwest Ontario. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively.

**General duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- In addition to providing onsite project coordination, the project coordinator will visit remote facilities for building inspections and repairs.
- Build and maintain supplier/vendor relationships to enhance competitiveness in the industry
- Work with Operations team on proactive recommendations for customer
- Plan and prepare project schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against established schedules
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors related to projects onsite
- Conduct regular inspections with onsite Facility Coordinators to identify potential safety related issues and required improvement projects.
- Collaborate with external contractors and service providers to obtain quotes, schedule repairs, and ensure work is completed to high standards.
- Working closely with administrative team in the day-to-day processing of related contract paperwork such as Work Orders, Invoices, Proposals, and Purchase Orders.
- Provide vacation and periodic coverage for onsite Facility Coordinators
- Responsible for solving problems and/or conflicts in a professional manner while maintaining open and timely communication with the customer.
- Interface with internal and external customers ensuring effective communications regarding status and work.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations, coordinating appropriate resources and resolving issues in a timely manner. Must be able to respond to facility emergencies after hours.
- Sourcing of new external suppliers for products & services that may be required for the facility or client.
- Other duties as assigned.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Trade qualification and/or technical diploma, (or equivalent facility experience and knowledge)
- PMP Certification (or equivalent facility/project related experience and knowledge)

**WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-3 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role
- Facility coordination experience would be considered an asset.
- Project coordination experience would be considered an asset.
