As a Host/Hostess/Busser, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries

Qualifications:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or food service setting is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
