Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MrMikes Steakhouse Casual. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe environment, including the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
