Nous recrutons actuellement pour un représentant du service à la clientèle à temps plein avec une excellente attention aux détails, est technophile et possède une expérience antérieure du service à la clientèle. Ce poste est situé à Brossard.

**Description**:
**Fonctions**:

- Surveillance des travaux entrants
- Préparer tous les dossiers, les commandes et s’assurer que les bons de travail sont terminés.
- Examen / pré-vol du fichier d’illustrations fourni par le client.
- Assure l’approbation de toutes les parties prenantes du projet avant la production d’impression.
- Coordonner avec les représentants et les clients
- Suivi et mise à jour des produits d’inventaire des clients
- Travailler en collaboration avec le directeur de la production pour s’assurer que les attentes des clients sont satisfaites
- Fournir un service exceptionnel aux clients aussi rapidement et précisément que possible.
- Assurer l’exactitude de toutes les commandes; communiquer tous les changements apportés aux clients aux groupes touchés afin d’assurer des modifications correctes et opportunes de l’établissement des coûts, des prix et des matériaux.
- Surveillez l’état de toutes les commandes, de la planification à la livraison en passant par la production, et communiquez des informations régulières et fiables aux ventes et aux clients.
- Assister et participer activement aux réunions de production hebdomadaires.
- Respectez les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise, les normes ISO 9001 et travaillez en toute sécurité conformément aux politiques de sécurité de l’entreprise et en plus des règlements de la LSST. Autres tâches assignées.

**Qualifications/exigences**:

- Travail au bureau de Brossard 5 jours par semaine à temps plein
- Communication Verbale et écrites en Français et Anglais
- Capacité de rester professionnel et courtois avec les clients en tout temps
- Capacité de travailler sur des appel d’offres
- Diplôme d’études collégiales ou l’équivalent requis
- Excellentes compétences en informatique - Microsoft Office; Adobe Create Suite un actif
- Expérience antérieure de travail dans l’environnement d’impression; par conséquent, comprend la terminologie imprimée
- Doit être capable de travailler de manière indépendante avec un minimum de conseils. Cela implique une bonne gestion du temps, une planification / organisation, des compétences auto-motivées et de prise de décision.
- Être capable d’interagir efficacement avec une grande variété de personnes dans une grande variété de contextes, en maintenant la flexibilité, l’objectivité et une capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Representative with excellent attention to detail, is technologically savvy, and has previous customer service experience. This position is located in Scarborough.

**Description**:
**Functions**:

- Monitoring incoming jobs
- Prepare all job dockets and ensures work-orders are complete
- Reviewing/Pre-flighting of customer supplied artwork file.
- Ensures sign-off from all project stakeholders prior to print production
- Coordinate with salespeople and customers
- Keeping track and updating of customer inventory products
- Works closely with production manager to ensure client expectations are met
- Provide exceptional service to customers as quickly and accurately as possible.
- Ensure accuracy on all orders; communicate all customer changes to affected groups to ensure correct and timely alterations in costing, pricing, and materials.
- Monitor the status of all orders from planning through production to delivery and communicate regular and reliable information to sales and customers.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly production meetings.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ISO 9001 Standards and work safely in accordance with company safety policies and in addition to OHSA Regulations.
