Answer Trailer Rentals & Sales is looking to add an experienced Marketing & Sales Coordinator. We are a well-known business located in Spruce Grove. Our company is continuously growing and expanding and now it is time to add to our team.
- Keeping website and all marketing platforms up to date with current equipment information. Ensure all incoming and outgoing equipment is listed correctly and promptly. Shuffling ads depending on season, demand, supply.
- Ensure all marketing ads are no older than 45 days. Cycle ads as needed depending on the platform and limits.
- Maintain current information on buy and sell publication sites such as Kijiji, Facebook, etc. Utilize sites to their maximum potential by taking advantage of top-up and provincial listings.
- Collect and analyze competitive/market data including market trends, competitive activities, and tactics, market pricing, etc. Develop reports and presentations on findings.
- Develop, administer, and report on category promotions and manage annual promotional plan for assigned category.
- Develop and implement Answer Trailer Strategic Marketing Plan in alignment with the company’s business plan/goals.
- Monitor and evaluate Answer’s marketing activities and efforts, establishing performance measures to ensure initiatives are on-brand and are the most effective use of human and financial resources.
- Brainstorm with other department managers to develop marketing strategies that combine and offer upselling opportunities to the sales department.
- Develop means of measuring effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns, including advertising and communications strategies.
- Consult with the Rentals department to determine seasonal trends for specific marketing targets.
- Educate management about research findings and discuss proposals for branding and promoting products.
- Own and develop Answer’s digital presence. Lead the social media strategy, web development, and search engine optimization (SEO) management.
- Oversee the development, quality, and distribution of all collateral and promotional materials/items, ensuring high-quality communications and materials are produced that reflect and advance the Answer brand.
- Create marketing material for the sales and marketing team for internal and external campaigns.
- Keep pictures of all equipment current and relative for both internal tracking and advertising purposes. Coordinate with other departments with preparations and needs.
- Oversee promotional items inventory and sourcing. Inform management of stock depletion and trends. Brainstorm new ideas to enhance the brand.
- Assist with internal company social programs and events as needed.
- Oversee all required internal decal and print media inventory and ordering. Ensure that all required decals and print material is in stock and available as needed.
- Initial contact for incoming digital sales inquiries from multiple mediums. Information to be entered and tracked in CRM. Assist with uploading all sales inquiries to the CRM.
- Create and analyze monthly reports from the CRM. Update the management team with the findings.
- Additional projects as needed.

**Required Experience**:

- Digital marketing experience in a B2B setting
- Social media advertising and posting
- Digital photo capturing and editing
- Introductory digital design
- CRM data input, tracking and analysis
- Customer relations management
- Positive attitude and team player
- Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving ability
- Extensive computer knowledge and ability to learn in house programs
- Safety contentious
