**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, you’ll support AMA Travel’s strategies and plans, providing direction to employees to help them deliver on these strategies in their everyday interactions and activities.
- Document travel buying patterns, travel lifecycles and travel personas across all relevant travel products, suppliers, styles, themes, customer types and destinations.
- Ensure the most valuable and relevant travel products and offers are identified and sourced to support marketing initiatives across all channels.
- Clarify the detailed value proposition and explanation of why a customer should travel to or try the featured destination, travel style, supplier, or product.
- Assess and identify the best timing to have offers in market to sell the best time to travel, and which targeted demographic it will appeal strongest to.
- Responsible for oversight and support of all travel products and negotiating with suppliers to create exclusive and valuable offers and pricing.
- Identify group market segments and products for escorted and non-escorted travel.
- Build and maintain effective business relationships that foster collaboration and innovation.
- Working with the Product Sales and Service team members on goal setting, as well as how to support them achieve such goals. Conducting annual performance reviews.
- Provide leadership to ensure the effective sourcing of products that are relevant and offer the best value.

**WHAT YOU’VE DONE**
- You have previous supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in a Retail Travel environment.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience working in either retail travel or a travel supplier in a sales role.
- You have specialized in Cruise, Tour and Luxury Travel across multiple suppliers and destinations.
- Post-secondary experience in a Travel related field will be considered a strong asset.
