**POSTE**

La personne responsable des politiques et des activités de sensibilisation relève de la direction générale (DG) et elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec toutes les équipes pour faire progresser les objectifs stratégiques de l’Alliance. Elle aide la direction générale en ce qui concerne les questions de grande importance liées à l’orientation politique et aux initiatives stratégiques de l’Alliance. Dans ce contexte, elle doit notamment participer aux réunions, déterminer des mesures à prendre, et accomplir le travail, en offrant du soutien concret, en collaborant avec les diverses équipes, en établissant des liens au sein de l’organisation et en agissant comme agent de liaison avec les membres et les partenaires provinciaux. Elle est également responsable de la mise en œuvre des stratégies visant à améliorer l’accès aux services en français, ainsi que la place des membres francophones et bilingues en Ontario.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**

**Avancement des politiques et des initiatives de sensibilisation et de revendication**
- Passe en revue les décisions gouvernementales pertinentes (site Web de l’Assemblée législative de l’Ontario, Hansard, Santé Ontario, divers ministères, etc.) et mène des analyses de l’environnement dans le but de faire progresser le travail de l’Alliance.
- Cerne des questions anticipées ou imprévues relativement aux politiques et à la législation qui ont une incidence sur les membres et prend des mesures appropriées.
- Veille au suivi et prend des mesures concernant des enjeux opérationnels des membres relativement aux priorités stratégiques.
- Rédige ou contribue à la rédaction de notes d’information, de lettres, de communiqués, de présentations, de rapports, de résumés et d’exposés de principes.
- Rédige du contenu en réponse à des mesures législatives et des énoncés de position, crée des présentations, et élabore des plans et des tactiques (concernant notamment les affaires francophones).
- Prépare du contenu pour les communications de l’Alliance s’alignant avec les orientations et les initiatives stratégiques.
- Fait des recommandations sur des éléments opérationnels des membres comme les analyses budgétaires, les cadres de rémunération et les analyses de rentabilité.
- Établit et entretient des relations stratégiques avec des membres et des partenaires provinciaux.
- Établit et maintient des partenariats avec divers intervenants, dont le ministère de la Santé, Santé Ontario, le ministère de l’Infrastructure et le ministère des Affaires francophones.

**Soutien à la direction générale**
- Coordonne, en collaboration avec la direction générale, la démarche de planification stratégique de l’Alliance.
- Travaille étroitement avec la direction générale et l’équipe de direction pour mettre en œuvre le plan opérationnel afin de faire avancer le plan stratégique. Mène, au besoin, des analyses quantitatives et qualitatives touchant à des questions importantes qui ont une incidence sur les décisions stratégiques.
- Collabore avec les membres du conseil d’administration; prépare des documents d’information pour la direction générale visant à faire avancer les orientations stratégiques, les politiques et les divers dossiers de sensibilisation et de revendication.
- Évalue les demandes externes faites à la direction générale, détermine les mesures à prendre, et en coordonne la gestion avec la personne qui y est attitrée.
- Assiste aux réunions et aux événements externes avec la direction générale ou en son nom.

**Soutien aux stratégies concernant les affaires francophones et aux membres bilingues**
- Apporte du soutien aux membres francophones et bilingues.
- Fait avancer les résolutions du conseil d’administration liées au financement et les stratégies concernant les affaires francophones.
- Donne des conseils concernant les politiques internes de l’Alliance et les procédures relatives aux activités bilingues.
- Rédige occasionnellement de courtes traductions de l’anglais au français ou du français à l’anglais et révise du contenu au besoin.
