How You Will Contribute:

- We’re looking for an energized, highly motivated, and talented Learning Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will act as a strategic consultant to business leaders, aligning learning and development initiatives with functional business priorities and driving impactful outcomes.
- This role can be based anywhere in Canada, the United States, the UK, or India.
- Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership:- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.-
- Conduct regular needs analyses to identify performance gaps and skill development opportunities based on the skills strategy of the business.-
- Collaborate with business leaders to establish annual learning and development goals and conduct quarterly business reviews to track progress, adjusting as needed.-
Learning Strategy & Design:- Create and execute a tailored learning strategy for assigned business functions, aligned with the overall business strategy and functional skills frameworks.Deploy enterprise-wide learning programs to business functions, ensuring relevance and maximizing adoption.-
- Leverage data and analytics to measure and report the effectiveness of learning programs, including recommendations for continuous improvement.-
- Project Management & Execution:- Manage the project lifecycle of learning and development initiatives, from planning and design to implementation and evaluation.-
