Our team in Canada is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Front of Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team in the in Vancouver office.

**What You'll Do**
- Receiving clients, vendors, deliveries, and other visitors
- Maintaining reception area to acceptable “first impression” standards as outlined in Facilities Manual
- Coordinate boardroom, catering, and meeting bookings as well as aiding in preparation and clean-up of boardrooms as needed, and receiving outside attendees or presenters
- Prepare boardrooms for use as needed,
- Maintain boardrooms according to standards (as outlined in Facilities Manual)
- Catering and Meeting assistance, including but not limited to ordering food, meeting room setup and clean-up
- Security: maintaining building access records and coordinating fob distribution and collection
- Office Space management for the Vancouver Office
- Administrative duties
- Regularly updating reception manuals
- Communications:

- Phone management
- Onboarding and offboarding follow-ups (i.e IT equipment, scheduling
- Working with other receptionists to manage best practices for phone system use
- Provide facilities/reception coverage for other offices as required
- Coordinating local and national couriers, sending, receiving, delivery of mail and packages
- Active participation in training, team meetings, one-on-one sessions

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years' experience in an administrative role
- Strong MS Office Suite skills
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Ability to be on-site 100% of the time

Salary range: $48,000 - $50,000 annually.

Expected Salary : Variation in salary is determined by factors such as qualifications, relevant years of experience, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
