**Job Description**:
Le préposé à l'entretien mécanique du bâtiment participe activement à l’ensemble des opérations reliées au fonctionnement des immeubles constituant le parc immobilier de Beneva. Il est responsable du bon fonctionnement quotidien des systèmes mécaniques des immeubles afin d’assurer le confort et la sécurité des occupants. Il assure également le maintien à jour des registres et inspections requises pour les équipements soumis aux lois applicables à son champ d’expertise.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les tâches et fonctions suivantes:
- Répondre aux appels de service de confort, intervenir auprès des clients et assurer le suivi de leurs demandes;- Assurer la surveillance et assurer le fonctionnement des équipements de type machines fixes, régit par la loi- Compléter les bons de travail qui lui sont acheminés et mettre à jour les données dans le système de GMAO pour qu’elles reflètent bien les tâches à effectuer et que le temps consacré à ses dernières est adéquat;- Effectuer l’entretien préventif et correctif des équipements de type machines fixes, participe à l’élaboration des tâches préventives et soulève tout correctif majeur requis au responsable du site;- Vérifier les états de fonctionnement des systèmes de gestion mécanique assistée par ordinateur et effectuer des manœuvres pour corriger les situations problématiques;- Assurer une disponibilité sur rotation afin de répondre aux appels de service (les soirs, nuits et fins de semaine) selon les horaires établis.

Vos qualifications et talents:
- Détenir un certificat de mécanicien de machine fixe, classe 4B ou supérieur ou un équivalent- Posséder un minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience pertinente à la fonction- Expérience d’un (1) an d’utilisation du système Delta et/ou Metasys (un atout)- Posséder un permis de conduire valide et être disposé à se déplacer dans les différents immeubles de Québec- Réussir l’enquête de sécurité requise pour travailler dans nos immeubles
