We are looking for a person to fill a full-time evening heavy maintenance attendant position. The residence is easy to access by public transport, stable schedule and very dynamic team :)


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday evening with one weekend every 2
Salary: from $18.89


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • painting
Construction
  • Clean entryways and common areas
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
  • Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
  • Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
  • Taking out the trash
  • Wash windows in common areas
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
  • High school diploma (SSD)
