Purpose of the position

Schedule: Monday to Friday evening with one weekend every 2Salary: from $ Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Maintain and clean the premises Clean entryways and common areas Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Wash windows in common areas Taking out the trash Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors painting

The ideal person has :

Good sense of organization Good physical ability Punctuality and reliability Pride in ones work Concern for cleanliness and hygiene standards

Required qualifications :

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset) High school diploma (SSD)
