We are looking for someone to join our Team as a Night Auditor

Hours:
Sunday to Thursday

11:00pm to 7:00am

Starting Hourly Wage $20.54, after 3 months $22.82

Medical benefits available at 6 months

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

- Perform GSR functions such as check in and check out of guests.
- Creating or locating items such as maps or supplies guests may require.
- Arrangement of transportation, reservations or services for guests as requested.
- Tracking occupancy numbers of competitive set hotels.
- Problem-solving guests concerns or proactively exceeding guest expectations.
- Keeping adequate supplies of brochures, maps and tourist information.
- Providing guests with current information about the Hotel rooms, amenities, services and local attractions.
- Demonstrates and supports brand standards.
- Respond promptly to all guest requests and informing managers of maintenance deficiencies, guest concerns or service issues.
- Work closely with all hotel departments to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Participate in committees, focus groups and meetings.
- Ensure the work environment is tidy and well organized at all times (lobby).
- Review Night Audit and Front Desk Logbooks.
- Ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction; handle guest concerns with effective follow-up.
- Run reports for all postings and balance each department.
- Review and balance all credit cards with the Moneris machines and PMS.
- Complete the adjustment log, correction log, credit card report, paid out log and other required documents.
- Print accounting & sales reports.
- Responsible for Express Check outs.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and standards.
- Any other activities as outlined by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and owners in a professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administration skills.
- Proficient or familiar with computerized systems including spreadsheets & researching on the internet.
- Ability to work within and meet deadlines. Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of guest service and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Present a high degree of professional work ethic and image.
