**Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life**: Reporting to the Materials Leader, the Warehouse Supervisor will guide their team and manage the daily workflow with scheduling of the outbound shipments. You are responsible for the administrative functions and operations of the order processing team and ensuring that all functions are performed in a timely manner ensuring on-time departures. You thrive in an environment that is fast paced and have a keen sense for continuous improvement. This position requires a high-level of communication and collaboration among departments with a servant leader mentality.
- Consistent with our leadership values, act as a champion for our culture by leading the Order Processing team in the development and execution of a positive and productive environment.
- Responsible for coordinating daily orders with the Warehouse and Transportation teams
- Collaborate with Production and the Finished Goods Warehouse to ensure the execution of accurate on time shipments
- Responsible for the accurate billing of all shipments departing from the London Poultry facility
- Producing BOL, manifest and packing slips for all outbound shipments
- Creating and maintaining document retention processes that meet all company requirements
- Manage the team’s hours, time off and absences.
- Focusing on a digital future, work with IS to develop processes and methods for document retention
- Responsible for the management of all Shipping Office supplies and inventory
- Support processes to direct the flow of inbound deliveries to the appropriate functions and site locations.
- Manage CHEP pallet transactions.
- Supervise Warehouse operations including but not limited to receiving, shipping, and palletizing.
- Provide vacation coverage to other shifts as needed.
- Adhere to and assist in the enforcement of Good Manufacturing Practices following all sanitation and process procedures and guidelines.
- Manage your team in a fair and equitable manner in accordance with company policies, and procedures to deliver operational and work environment objectives.
- Ensure all employees are properly trained in health & safety and food safety policies and procedures and the duties and responsibilities of their current role.
- Other project work as assigned by management.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 3+ years of industry experience in Order Processing, Warehousing, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of leadership and supervision experience
- Post-secondary education
- SAP experience with warehouse or transportation management would be an asset
- Able to work various shifts and extend working hours when required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
- Strong analytical capability
- A strong communicator, both written and oral, who is confident, decisive, able to deal with conflict and yet achieve win-win results,
- Comfortable and effective in working with all levels of a very diverse workforce
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflict and build teams.
