**Duties**:

- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock rotation
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and storage of products
- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures to optimize workflow
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficiency in AS400 or similar warehouse management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Windows-based computer systems
- Experience in team management and fostering a positive work environment
- Familiarity with 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operations is a plus
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse
