**About Lift Clinic**
Located in the heart of King West in downtown Toronto, Lift Clinic provides both cosmetic and medical treatments to help clients feel more confident in their own skin.

Founded in 2018 by Lindsay Jones, NP, we seek to offer an alternative for discerning clients looking for a more boutique and premium experience that they can't find anywhere else.

At Lift, we believe in natural beauty and natural-looking results. It’s a belief that we can all feel rejuvenated and confident in our own skin, without losing sight of who we are. Our ethos has helped over 2600 clients and inspires us to continue offering the latest treatments, technologies and advanced skincare products.

**The Role**

This is a full-time role with a 40 hour per week shift schedule from Monday to Saturday and opportunities to grow along with the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage compassionately with our clients to ensure they feel recognized, heard, accommodated, and encounter a premium hospitality experience at all times.
- Maintaining a professional and clean front desk and reception area.
- Receiving deliveries to the clinic & picking and packaging e-commerce orders.
- Supporting clinic ownership with marketing and social media initiatives.
- Assisting in maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms, common areas and store rooms.
- Maintaining all clinic policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of administrative experience in the medical spa or skin care field
- Strong client service skills and impeccable communication skills
- Solid work ethic, organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery
- Critical thinking and problem solving ability
- Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work weekends and evenings based on business needs

Nice to Haves:

- Experience using Google Workspace
- Experience using a CRM/EMR, specifically Jane software
- Post-secondary education in Spa Management or similar topic

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5V 2M6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
