**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Engage with potential customers through telemarketing and direct outreach to generate interest in our products and services.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new leads and understand customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track leads and manage customer relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for business development and a drive to exceed sales targets.

Pay: $37,345.99-$45,000.00 per year

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
