Overview:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the owner to ensure pleasant and effective communications with clients, co-workers, and service providers. This role requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The EA must be able to adapt to different situations while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.

**Duties**:

- Manage calendar and schedule appointments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support data entry, document preparation, and quality assurance.
- Determines issues of priority and flags urgent situations.
- Tracks and follows up on issues or projects, ensuring they are addressed and resolved in an accurate and timely manner.
- Anticipates daily needs and maintains knowledge of projects and processes.
- Prepare and edit documents and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Assist and collaborate with stakeholders within the Sales, Operations and Finance Teams
- Ensure consistent and thorough communication with senior leaders.
- Support HR & EHS Manager with admin and support tasks.
- Support Production Supervisors with admin tasks.

Qualifications:

- Adept with computers and comfortable with technology.
- Previous experience being an executive assistant.
- High school diploma.
- University or college education an asset.
- Strong technical knowledge an asset.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 an asset.
- Valid driver’s license an asset.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
