Order Desk Administrator Student

**BIOVECTRA Inc.** has an opening for an** Order Desk Administrator Student**. This is a **4-month term (Sep - Dec)** position located in** Charlottetown, PEI.**
- Processing customer orders including: PO receipt to shipment and billing, within defined timelines.
- Working collaboratively with Sales and Marketing CSR to ensure all orders are reviewed and approved before posting.
- Working with staff to manage the backorder report to ensure orders are filled, deadlines are met, and all parties are informed.
- Maintaining the customer master file and ensuring all documentation is retained.
- Enforcing the approved credit terms for each customer.
- Reviewing and approving any transportation invoices related to outgoing shipments.
- Managing and special requests received from customs or other government organizations.
- Providing support to all areas of the Administrative Services Department as requested.
- Adhere to BIOVECTRA's Health and Safety Policy as outlined in CP0010 Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Statements of Principle, and Responsibilities.
- Additional duties assigned, based on business needs and department supervisor's request.
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to organize and work independently within a team setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of sales order entry programs an asset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline driven fast paced environment.
