**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting customers with enthusiasm and assisting with their inquiries.
- Accounts Receivable
- Providing Statements of Accounts and helping with AR questions.
- Accounts Payable Contact for the Branch -Pre-approving freight-related and office orders Payables, gathering all Payables for Managers to approve weekly.
- Customer Service
- Responsible for ordering office and warehouse supplies as needed.
- Responsible for providing end-of-day Reports of all Outbound Shipment shipments, Ensuring all freight costing is divided appropriately to all orders.
- Assists staff, managers, and sales reps.
- Provides standard clerical duties as assigned including faxing, copying, mailing, and communicating with other branches. Courier, receiving and distributing individual mail.
- Collecting and completing expenses for office and select personnel.
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and assist with their inquiries.
- Answer Phone transfer as requested by the caller.
- Verifying all AP invoice to ensure amounts are correct.
- Scanning of Credit Apps/References/Equifax reports (anything from AR requires scanning)
- Look up Sales Orders and Send Mill Certificates to all customers.
- Prepare and mail all Cascadia paint warranties to customers.
- Assist staff, managers, and sales reps.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-year experience working in an administrative or receptionist role
- Post-secondary education is preferred
- basic accounting skills, bookkeeping
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytic skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively within an office environment
