**Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff.
- Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings.
- Help prepare and distribute internal communications.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, clients, and employees.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with any special requests or accommodations.
- **Office Maintenance**:

- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with building maintenance for any facility-related issues.
- Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and escalate technical issues as needed.
- **Assisting Other Departments**:

- Collaborate with various departments to provide support as needed.
- Assist with special projects or initiatives as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist, office clerk, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace).
