Bilingual HR Business Partner, Canada Do you thrive as a strategic advisor? Our client, Mitsubishi HC Capital Canada is seeking a Bilingual (English/French) Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate closely with business leaders, drive people-first initiatives, and ensure the HR programs and policies support Mitsubishi's mission and compliance standards across their Canadian and North American operations. HYBRID: in Quebec or Ontario. BILINGUAL: Must be FLUENT in French and English PLEASE NOTE: there are currently two separate HR Business Partner openings -> one located in Quebec (Trois Rivieres, Montreal or Laval) and the other in Ontario (Burlington). THE ROLE: STRATEGIC PARTNER Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, you will act as a trusted advisor for assigned client groups. You'll oversee full-cycle HR functions including: recruitment, employee relations, compensation analysis, performance management, compliance and deliver innovative, compliant solutions that keep Mitsubishi's culture and business thriving in Canada.
