Our client, Mitsubishi HC Capital Canada is seeking a Bilingual (English/French) Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate closely with business leaders, drive people-first initiatives, and ensure the HR programs and policies support Mitsubishi’s mission and compliance standards across their Canadian and North American operations.HYBRID: in Quebec or Ontario.BILINGUAL: Must be FLUENT in French and EnglishPLEASE NOTE: there are currently two separate HR Business Partner openings -> one located in Quebec (Trois Rivieres, Montreal or Laval) and the other in Ontario (Burlington).🔍 THE ROLE: STRATEGIC PARTNERReporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, you will act as a trusted advisor for assigned client groups.
