Assists in preparing new business proposals or presentations to clients/prospects. Identifies customer needs and matches with appropriate products or services using relationship selling techniques, including making referrals to other BMO employees. Responds to information requests and follows established protocols. Resolves issues escalating as required. Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Ensures alignment between stakeholders. Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations. Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards. Supports product change management initiatives with tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities. Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs. Ensures internal guidelines and controls are in place to support management decision-making that protects the Bank's assets. Follows corporate policies, operating directives, laws and regulatory requirements. Makes recommendations to improve BMO processes and systems. Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service. Plans, executes and fulfills cash management product solutions sales and services activities in alignment with standards. Provides product and process knowledge to stakeholders (e.g. product information, pricing, implementation timeframes, requirements, etc.). Identifies risks and takes appropriate actions to mitigate impacts and maintain operational integrity. Stays abreast of client needs, industry trends and best practices, and the regulatory environment as it relates to the products and services provided. Completes complex & diverse tasks within given rules/limits and may include handling escalations from other employees. Analyzes issues and determines next steps. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications: Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of cash management products and services - Basic. Knowledge of business investment and lending products - Basic. Knowledge of other banking products and services - Basic. Specialized knowledge. Verbal & written communication skills - Good. Organization skills - Good. Collaboration & team skills - Good. Analytical and problem solving skills - Good. You're fluent in French and English as this role provides support to clients and team members inside and/or outside the province of Quebec . Salary: $38,500.00 - $71,000.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position. BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
