Position Overview The Acumatica ERP Support Specialist provides functional and technical support for Acumatica, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal system use for our clients. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to resolve user issues, maintain system integrity, and improve business processes. Key Responsibilities Provide functional support for Acumatica users. Troubleshoot, document, and resolve ERP-related issues efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to test and deploy updates, patches, and enhancements. Support data imports, exports, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy. Create and maintain user documentation, training guides, and FAQs. Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve workflow and efficiency. Participate in projects including module rollouts, process improvements, reporting enhancements, and system integrations. Train and mentor users on system functionality and best practices. Qualifications Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 2 years supporting ERP systems, preferably Acumatica. Strong understanding of accounting principles, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical users. Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Assets Experience with ERP integrations and reporting tools in Acumatica. Knowledge of workflows, automation, and process optimization. Prior support or helpdesk experience. Preference given to candidates in Alberta or Ontario. Working Hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch) 100% remote eligible After-hours or weekend support may be required based on role needs Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses and quarterly incentives. Benefits available after a 3-month probation period (summary provided prior to offer). Professional development opportunities, including technical Acumatica certifications.
