Financial ERP Consultant at Endeavour Solutions Inc. - Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM & Cloud Reporting to the Director of Government Solutions, you will use your expertise to ensure the implementation of industry best practices. You will be a product expert and will be working in close collaboration with each member of the consulting and development teams. You will also be involved in the various phases of the implementation cycle, analyzing client needs, customizing and configuring solutions, and training users. Moreover, you will apply your analytical and consulting expertise by being involved directly in large‑scale projects and client support. Duties and Responsibilities Meet with clients to analyze and understand their needs Produce analysis reports detailing your conclusions and recommendations Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add‑on products specializing in municipal software (SylogistGOV) Configure, support, and document 365 Business Central and SylogistGOV Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end‑users Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end‑users (post‑implementation support) Provide onsite/offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 Business Central/SylogistGOV clients Actively work on resolving technical issues and establishing improved solutions Perform other related tasks relevant to the deployment and support of the solutions in the client’s environment Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications Participate in product demonstrations during the sales process Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementation, including hands‑on configuration and customization CPA or other accounting designation is an asset or equivalent experience Knowledge of accounting principles and practices Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Experience in a consulting environment strongly preferred Experience with municipal accounting Knowledge of financial regulations is an asset Ability to learn new business processes or applications very quickly Municipal software experience is an asset, specifically with utilities and/or property taxes Ability to collaborate with customers to understand business processes, gather functional requirements, and translate requirements into a business application Excellent presentation and communication skills to express ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, for C‑level management, public groups, and/or board of directors (direct client interaction remotely, in‑person or by telephone) Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self‑motivation, and a desire to succeed Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Advanced experience and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience General Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MS SQL Server, MS .NET, MS SharePoint, MS Business Intelligence) Qualified candidates will be asked to complete a Predictive Index survey as part of the application process. Travel is required; a reliable vehicle is necessary. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and be available for occasional travel to other parts of Canada or the USA. Competitive starting salary ranges from CA$150,000 to CA$220,000, with performance bonuses and health and dental plans.
