Hello, I'm Romane, a Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance positions. I handle both temporary and permanent recruitment on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team, experts in finance, speaks your language and thrives in your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll. I am looking for a Financial Controller for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent hybrid position in Brossard. More specifically, your day-to-day work with us will include: Analyzing monthly variances in capital, operating, and cash budgets Coordinating annual external audits Coordinating treasury operations Leading the annual budget process Directing the team to ensure the production of monthly financial reports Participating in various special projects, such as the integration of new properties Gathering the financial information necessary for sound management Responding to requests from both internal and external clients and attending meetings with demanding clients Reviewing, analyzing, and approving monthly financial statements (approving journal entries, reviewing balance sheet items, and analyzing variances on results) Ensuring that monthly deadlines are met Minimum 5 years of accounting experience combined with experience in personnel management CPA designation Knowledge of Yardi (an asset) Perfect bilingualism, both oral and written (80% of client conversations are in English) PROCESS: First interview with Romane Dumaine, Recruitment Consultant, followed by the Human Resources Manager.
