This is a permanent position based on the South Shore of Montreal. Nous couvrons les métiers de la comptabilité, de la finance et de la paie. Je recherche un Contrôleur financier pour mon client, une compagnie dans le secteur manufacturier. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent sur la rive sud. Supervise and support the daily work of the accounting team Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards Conduct financial analyses (costing, inventory, margins, variances, profitability) Participate in the development of budgets and forecasts Manage cash flow and ensure proper end-of-period entries Coordinate annual audits Contribute to the optimization of accounting processes, including through automation tools Develop performance indicators and dashboards Perform any other related tasks Requirements University degree in Accounting Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an SME Member of the CPA Order Experience in team management Knowledge of the manufacturing sector (an asset) Skills Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite Expertise in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow Knowledge of an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics is an asset) Process: First interview with Romane Dumaine, Recruitment Advisor, followed by an interview with the HR Manager.
