The Role We're looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to make things happen. Someone who's equally comfortable meeting with a studio exec as they are DM'ing a production coordinator or walking into a brokerage office. You'll build relationships, secure partnerships, and make sure Kalido's properties are the place to stay in Vancouver, for productions, insurance stays, relocations, and corporate clients alike. If you have hustle, initiative, and the drive to grow something exceptional, this is your stage. What You'll Do Develop and manage accounts across production, corporate, relocation, and insurance segments. Build and maintain partnerships with local studios, agencies, and companies bringing teams to Vancouver. Think creatively to capture demand through outreach, networking, and collaborations. Partner with our marketing and revenue teams to design offers that move the needle. Who You Are You've worked in hospitality, travel, or real estate sales and know how to close. You're a natural connector, genuine, persistent, and confident. You're not waiting for leads, you're creating them. You care about design, service, and the guest experience. You want to be part of a growing, ambitious hospitality group that's just getting started. What We Offer Base salary $75,000–$85,000 CAD + performance-based commissions.
