Québec QC, Canada Myticas Consulting Full time

Role Summary As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting our growth by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-quality technical and non-technical talent to meet Myticas's staffing needs, both for internal roles and for fulfilling client/project requirements. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership, maintain our recruitment pipelines, improve hiring processes, and help uphold the company's standards of candidate quality and experience. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers across departments (e.g., technical, ERP, telecom, BI, etc.) to understand role requirements, priorities, and competencies. Develop, manage, and maintain full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offers, onboarding. Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract passive and active candidates with experience in IT, telecom, ERP, software development, etc. Build and manage talent pipelines for specialist roles (e.g. ERP functional/technical consultants, network engineers, software developers, QA). Maintain and improve recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.). Ensure candidate experience is positive: timely communication, respectful feedback, clear expectations. Support employer branding efforts: represent Myticas in job fairs, networking events; help with content for career pages or social media. Coordinate with HR on offer management, contracts, and onboarding to ensure smooth transition of candidates into the company or into client placements. Maintain compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and equal opportunity practices. Provide continuous feedback to leadership on recruitment challenges, talent market trends, and potential areas for improvement in processes or tools. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Ideally 2–4 years (or more, depending on seniority level) of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/technical staffing or agency environment, or in a high-demanding customer service environment. Technical understanding: Comfort with recruiting for technical roles (software dev, networks, telecom, ERP) so you can assess skills, interview competently, and understand candidate qualifications. Sourcing skills: Ideally experienced in proactive sourcing — passive candidate search, Boolean, creative sourcing strategies. Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to present professionally. Organization & multitasking: Able to manage multiple ongoing tasks and priorities without dropping the ball. Relationship-building: Building trust with job seekers and hiring managers; good at networking in general. Cultural fit: Shared values of professionalism, integrity, responsiveness; committed to quality and candidate/client satisfaction. Nice-to-Haves Experience recruiting in SAP / Telecom / or related specializations. Experience in agency / staffing firm environment. Background interviewing executive / headhunting roles. Exposure to recruiting in multiple geographies (North America) and understanding of regional labour markets. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; HR / Recruitment certifications a plus. What We Offer Opportunity to be part of a growing, specialized IT staffing firm with expansion in service delivery. Exposure to varied technical roles and projects across Telecom, ERP, Software Dev, etc. Collaborative work culture. Competitive compensation and benefits (to be defined based on level).
