In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand—responding to inquiries, assisting customers through every stage of their journey, and ensuring every interaction leaves them smiling. This is more than just answering emails—it's about building real relationships and driving customer loyalty through top-notch support. What You'll Do: Be the first point of contact for customers via email and Zendesk, supporting everything from initial inquiries to post-production questions and callback requests. Prepare and send accurate quotes and invoices in a timely, professional manner. Troubleshoot customer issues, provide clear and thoughtful solutions, and escalate concerns when needed. Track customer feedback and help identify trends that can improve the customer experience. Turn challenging situations into opportunities—resolving issues with confidence and care to turn frustration into satisfaction. Build lasting customer relationships with clear, empathetic, and consistent communication. Collaborate with internal teams, share insights, and contribute to improving processes that make our support even better.
