Sales Manager, Account Management

As a National Sales Director, this individual will identify opportunities to expand the Company's market presence, build long-term relationships with customers, and serve as the key point of contact for Canada.
Ideal candidates are based in Canada, possess cannabis vape hardware selling experience as well as a network of cannabis LP's in Canada and working knowledge of the legal cannabis ecosystem in Canada. Identify and qualify potential new customers through research, cold-calling, and networking.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the company's products and services and demonstrate our unique value proposition.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective customers, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and the company.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our network and increase brand visibility.
Account Management & Growth
Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Collaborate with the Strategic Accounts team to ensure seamless transitions and alignment on account responsibilities.
Regional Strategy & Sales Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to your assigned region to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
Manage and maintain accurate data related to leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
Track and report on sales pipeline progress, identifying risks and opportunities to ensure targets are met.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices to enhance performance and effectiveness.
Partner with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations, to align sales initiatives with overall business strategy.
Provide insights and feedback to other departments regarding customer needs, challenges, and trends in the market.
